I know, I know… I just got the LG Dare last October…. it’s only been 4 months and I’ve decided to get a new cellphone. While I had no huge issue with the LG Dare (although it had its ups and downs), I ended up wanting a cellphone that could sync with my work Outlook calendar and address book. Since there wasn’t a need for me to have email, it wasn’t necessary for me to get a Blackberry device – besides the fact that I wouldn’t be able to expense it back to the company. The challenge was to find a device that could sync with all the applications I needed it to, but wasn’t a device where I had to sign up for a mandatory data plan with Verizon Wireless.

After a month of window shopping, I settled on the Verizon Wireless XV6900. It has Windows Mobile, which allows me to sync it with my Outlook calendar and address book. In addition, there was no need for me to sign up for a data plan either.

It’s working out so far. It has a pretty intuitive touch screen, is pretty light weight and even has a built in 2.0 megapixel camera. The casing is also pretty slick, which was something that was attractive to me. Give me about another month to play with it, and I’ll be able to let you know how I truly feel about it.

This was our first Valentine’s Day as a married couple. :) Even though Binh doesn’t believe in Valentine’s Day, he went out of his way to make it special for me. He got me four different bouquets of roses and carnations, a box of delicious chocolates from The Chocolate Rose, the perfect card that plays Rascal Flatts (and if you know me, you know how much I loooove Rascal Flatts)… and then, he made dinner reservations for a Murder Mystery Valentine’s special tonight.

It was our first Murder Mystery, and it was so much fun! We met some incredibly nice people, ate some yummy food and danced the night away… and to top it all off, our night ended with a dedication he requested from the dj. Our last dance was to our wedding song, “What May Come” from the Moulin Rouge soundtrack. I’m so lucky to have (what I think to be) the best husband. :)

I hope everyone had a memorable Valentine’s Day.
